NEW RESOURCE FEATURE: Safari Online Books

Safari bookshelf
The School of Informatics subscribes to 40 'slots' in the Safari Bookshelf - a service offering fully searchable online books from O'Reilly and other leading publishers.

It is possible to be notified of new titles added to the Safari Colleciton via the Safari RSS feed. If you think the School should provide online access to a particular title, then you can suggest it using our Online Recommendation Form.

Upon receipt, all recommendations will be considered for exchange at the next scheduled School Library Committee meeting. All accepted suggestions will be exchanged the next working day after the Committee meeting. The School Library Representative (and this blog) will notify the School of any changes to the collection.
