NEW RESOURCE: MathSciNet

A literature database from the American Mathematical Society. It comprises Mathematical Reviews and Current Mathematical Publications and contains bibliographic records with abstracts (or reviews) of articles published in more than 1,800 scientific and technical journals and conference proceedings.
  • It covers the years from 1940 to the present and is udated daily.
  • Subject coverage is in the areas of mathematics, statistics and computer science.
  • If you find an article of interest, the 'Reference Citations' and the 'Review Citations' functions will allow you to track subsequent literature in which it has been cited (see Citation Searching).
