WEBSITE UPDATE

The Guide to Resources in Informatics has been updated for session 2006/7.

The Guide has been divided as follows:

Resources
Here you will find descriptions and links to various Library and freely available resources that will help you easily find the type of information you are looking. Resources are grouped by resource type (e.g. journal articles, dissertations, conference papers etc....)

Services
Here your Liaison Librarian has prepared various web-pages providing more detailed information relating spcific information requirements. You will also find links to PowerPoint slides.

Keeping up-to-date
In this section you will find links to information and resources that will help keep you up-to-date with new papers published, new books published, new books added to library stock and library news and events for informatics.

PDF Guides

The PDF Guides have been written by the Liaison Lbrarian for Informatics, and colleagues. The aim of these Guides it allow members of the School to read online or print out information on topics that are of interest. There are both detailed Guides and introductory 1 page guides.

If you feel that the School would benefit from a Guide on a topic that has not been covered, please get in touch.

Here you will find listed the latest library news and events for informatics and links to the news archive.

Details of who to contact regarding different requests.

A google search box has been provided to allow you to search within the Guide to Resources for Informatics
