Help Locating Missing Informatics Research Papers

As part of the Informatics Digitisation Project, we have been unable to locate a variety of items that we wish to digitise. These are listed at http://www.lib.ed.ac.uk/projects/infdigitisation/missingitems.shtml and we would be grateful to hear from anyone who has copies of any of these items. Please get in touch with Sarah Kelly.

CONSULTATION: Main Library Redevlopment Plan

I posted earlier a brief message alerting you to the Main Library Redevelopment Plan (MLRP). For many of you currently based at KB, this may not have seemed relevant to you. However, when the Schools moves to the Forum in 2007, the Main Library will be the physical Library that serves Informatics.

For this reason, I would very much encourage staff and students to submit their comments to mlrp@ed.ac.uk.

CONSULTATION: Old AI Reports

Further to Olga's email on 16 December 2005 regarding the availability of some old international AI research reports, please be advised that these have now been removed from the foyer.

They will be kept for one for week from today, until Wednesday 15 February 2005, after which they will be disposed. Please contact me if you wish to look through these reports (they are not catalogued at all).

For information, these reports were being disposed of by Imperial College, who donated them to Edinburgh in case they were of use for our digitisation work. Those remaining are not.
