Service Alert - EASE

The incident this alert refers to commences at 09:00 on Monday 05 February 2007 and finishes at 17:00 on Tuesday 06 February 2007.

This alert concerns the following services:

EASE Cosign Service

and affects anyone accessing EASE protected Web Sites e.g MyEd, the webmail interface to Staffmail and SMS

Additional information:

We are going to add two new cosign servers into the live service. Once the system is in sync, we will then remove the old cosign servers. This process should not interrupt the EASE cosign service, but the service should be regarded as AT RISK throughout this period.
